ASSISTANT MANAGER RECRUITING BONUSES:

1. 0.25-0.5% of office new biz OR the pay below, whichever is higher
2. Every demo set at a phone jam you run= $1
3. Every rep you coach that you do a PC/FT for = $5
4. Each $1,000 that you help a rep get over = $10 (if they pc or field train them the week before)
5. Every interview assisted/run = $10
6. Every FIRE you set that set for INT = $1
7. Personal PR launches = $25

Social Media Receptionists

• $17.50 per hour

Assistant Manager in Training Pay (note: assistant managers do not receive base pay)

• 1/4% (0.25 %) of Office New Business Sales in withholdings.
• New Business = sales from reps under $30k in Career Sales

Assistant Manager Pay (note: assistant managers do not receive base pay)

• 1/2% (0.5 %) of Office New Business Sales in withholdings.
• New Business = sales from reps under $30k in Career Sales

Sales Manager Pay (note: sales managers do not receive base pay)

• 3% of Office New Business Sales (at least 0.5% in withholdings).
• New Business = sales from reps under $30k in Career Sales
