    Social Media Receptionist Training

    If you have a conflict that cannot be resolved during the training times, you can use this as a hybrid training seminar.

    To accommodate with school starting, this hybrid program is a new program I am using. Please let me know what you think can be improved.

    If it is possible for you to be excused from your class or other time-conflict, let your manager know and she/he will give you a note for your teacher / professor / other employer.

    RULES FOR YOUTUBE TRAINING

    1. Send manager the specific details of your conflicts BEFORE training is scheduled to begin (not last minute)
    2. You must be on zoom during training (outside of your time conflicts)
    3. Text manager when you log on, and when you need to log off.
    4. You must finish the training videos by the end of each training day.
    5. You need to send your manager a copy (picture of notebook, google doc link) of your notes taken from the training videos you watched
